RATES
Our rates are without board. You have the possibility to book "bed&breakfast", then we serve you our regional breakfast box.
DOGS
We kindly ask you to inform us in advance if a dog will accompy you. The additional costs for the dog are € 17,00 per dog and night without dog food.
DEPOSIT
To confirm the reservation a deposit of 30% of the total price is necessary.
CANCELLATION
Our terms of cancellation for winter holidays:
By cancellation until 45 days before the agreed date of arrival you’re not liable to pay a cancellation fee.
By cancellation until 21 days before the date of arrival 30% of the total agreed price becomes due.
By cancellation until 7 days before the date of arrival 70% of the total agreed price becomes due.
By cancellation within one week before the date of arrival 90% of the total agreed price becomes due.
No show and earlier departue will be fully charged.

CHECK-IN
Your apartment will be ready from 04.00 pm.
CHECK-OUT
We kindly ask you to leave the apartment until 09.30 am.

The payment of the open amount can be settled by cash, with bank- or credit card (we accept VISA and MASTERCARD) or by bank transfer in advance.
SMOKING
We are a non-smoking accomodation. You can enjoy your cigarette on the balcony.
