A designated, ground-level and accessible parking space is available directly adjacent to the building. The access route and parking area are fully paved.
Entrance
The main building entrance includes a threshold measuring 5 cm in height. The hinged entrance door is manually operated but can be secured in a 90-degree open position. The door is equipped with a closing mechanism. Adequate manoeuvring and waiting areas are available on both sides of the entrance.
Reception
The reception area is step-free and includes a lowered counter section that is accessible for wheelchair users. A flexible seating option is also provided for guests who may require it.
Apartments
All apartments are accessible by elevator.
Corridors and doors meet the required clear widths, and all doors can be opened and closed without excessive force. Within the apartments, adequate circulation spaces are provided, as well as appropriately positioned and easily reachable storage surfaces.
Wardrobe shelves are installed at a reach height of 85 cm to 110 cm.
Bed height is 50 cm.
Controls such as heating regulators, electrical outlets, and light switches are installed at a height between 80 cm and 110 cm.
